Required Registrations allows you to manage and control your domains Lead Capture abilities. By enabling your Lead Capture feature please note that the required registration forms also block search engine bots, so it is a good practice to turn it off periodically to allow the search engines to parse the listing pages. This allows Search Engines to properly index and account for all of your domains pages, helping them to rank your domain appropriately.

Required Registrations

1. Select the "Websites" link in your Administration Menu

2. Once on the Manage Websites Page, select the website of your choice.

3. You will be presented with your domains “Dashboard”, an area in which you can effect change to your domain at anytime.

4. Select the “Required Registrations” Box

5. On the “Required Registrations” page, In the “Email Capture / Forced Login” area you can change your domain with the following options:

  • Capture Type - You can select how your domain chooses to Ask for a lead

"Capture on Results" - Once a Customer has visited your domain, and performed a search via the “Search Listings” page, your domain will ask for a Lead/ Sign Up before the search results are displayed.

The customer then gets to see the results without additional interruption until their cookie expires or is deleted.

"Capture on Detail" - Once a Customer has visited your domain, and performed a search via the “Search Listings” page, customers will be presented with their searches results. After selecting a listing detail from those results, your domain will ask for a Lead/ Sign Up.

  • What To Do" - You can select what type of lead capture is presented to your customers.

"Capture Email" - This presents your customers with a Lead Capture form, asking for Name, Email Address, & Phone number. Once Completed, this new “Lead” will appear in the “Leads” area of your Admin. There you can initiate your Lead action plan and work towards converting the lead into a customer.

"Force Registration" - This presents your customers with a Customer registration form, asking for Name, Email Address, & Phone number. Once Completed, this new “Customer” will automatically appear as a customer in the “Customer's” area of your Admin.

You can send your Customers New Listings & Price Reduction Updates via email, and they can create their own saved property search, allowing you to gain insight on their needs.

  • Detail Pages to Show - If you’ve selected “Capture On Detail” as your domains “Capture Type”, this drop down box allows you to select how many listing detail pages a prospective customer can view before your domain initiates the lead capture process.
  • Email On Leads - You can choose whether or not to receive emails whenever your domain captures a new lead by selecting “Send Email” if you wish to receive the email, or “No Email” if you do not wish to receive an email for every new lead captured.

6. Saving Settings

Once you have made all desired changes, select the “ Save Settings” link at the bottom to save all changes.
