Navigation Menu & Pages

1. Select the "Websites" link in your Administration Menu

2. Once on the Manage Websites Page, select the website of your choice.

3. You will be presented with your domains “Dashboard”, an area in which you can effect change to your domain at anytime.

4. Select the “Navigation Menu & Pages” Box.

5. On the Navigation Menu & Pages List page you can Search through your Navigation Menu & Pages using the Search dropdown and entry boxes, sort your Navigation Menu & Pages via the column titles, Edit your Navigation Menu & Pages, and Add Navigation Menu & Pages, Delete Navigation Menu & Pages and Reorder your Navigation Menu & Pages.

6. To Add a Page: Select the "Add Page" icon

  • On the "Edit page / Menu Item" page, select your new Pages Type and enter in the Page Title
  • Page Type - You can create different types of web pages on your domain, that provide different functions.
  • Custom Page - This Page type presents you with a Text entry box that appears after a Title is entered and the page is “Saved”.
  1. In the “Page Title” box enter in the pages title.
  2. The “Include In Menu” dropdown box allows you to decide whether or not to include your new page in your websites menu.
  3. The Facebook comments drop down box allows you to choose whether or not to display a facebook comment box at the bottom of your page.
  4. Meta Descriptions are inserted into the page header on the website when the page is displayed. The description should be a short summary that includes the key points of the page.
  5. Meta keywords are words and short phrases that are separated by commas describing the key points of the page body.
  6. In the Text box area, you can customize your page by adding your own text, Pictures, Videos and links to other pages you wish to share.
  7. Once finished adding your text and customizing your page, select “Save Page”.
  • Website Link - This page allows you to share a link to another URL by adding the URL of your choice in the “Link” area and selecting the “Secure” box if the URL is a secure one.
  • My/Our Blog - This page allows you to add the blogs created in your “Blogs” area of your Admin to your domain.
  • My/Our Listings - This page allows you to display either your individual listings or Brokerage listings.
  • About Me - This Page displays the “Personal Message” entered in your Personal Settings area.
  • Other Listings - This Page displays your Pocket Listings
  • Buyers Tips - This Page displays the “Buyers Tips” category of the BrokerIDXsites.com Created Blog Series
  • Everyday Life - This Page displays the “Buyers Tips” category of the BrokerIDXsites.com Created Blog Series
  • Green Real Estate - This Page displays the “Green Real Estate” category of the BrokerIDXsites.com Created Blog Series
  • Humor - This Page displays the “Humor” category of the BrokerIDXsites.com Created Blog Series
  • International Real Estate - This Page displays the “International Real Estate” category of the BrokerIDXsites.com Created Blog Series
  • Mortgage Calculator - This Page displays a Mortgage Calculator your visitors can use to calculate and analyze their prospective mortgage costs.
  • Mortgage Rates - This Page displays the “Mortgage Rates” category of the BrokerIDXsites.com Created Blog Series
  • Moving & Relocation - This Page displays the “Moving & Relocation” category of the BrokerIDXsites.com Created Blog Series
  • National Real Estate - This Page displays the “National Real Estate” category of the BrokerIDXsites.com Created Blog Series
  • Rental Tips - This Page displays the “Rental Tips” category of the BrokerIDXsites.com Created Blog Series
  • Search Listings - This Page displays the “Search Listings” form used on your domain by customers to search for listings. All Domains have this page added by default.
  • Sellers Tips - This Page displays the “Sellers Tips” category of the BrokerIDXsites.com Created Blog Series
  • CMA Request - This Page displays a Comparative Market Analysis form that customers can use to request your services in figuring out comparative costs.
  • Rss Feed - This Page allows you to add an RSS feed to your Domain. RSS feeds are updated by the source of your choice and you can select the number of items to display from the “Number of items” dropdown box.
  • Search Rentals - This Page displays the “Search Rentals” form used on your domain by customers to search for Rental listings.
  • Promotional Form - This Page displays a Promotional Form, which uses the customizable template on your “Promotion Form” page that allows you to gather a customers Lead information, and automatically send them a document or file of your choice such as a weekly Hot Sheet or Brokerage/Agent Updates.
  • Testimonials Page - You can display all recieved or manually created testimonials on your domain on your “Testimonials” page. After Creating a “Testimonials” Page, on your domain, customers can submit “Testimonials” that automatically are placed in your “Testimonials” menu area for your approval or you can add a testimonial manually.
  • Sell My Home - This Page displays a “Sell My Home” form in which prospective customers can submit information on their property for sale to you directly.

7. Saving Your New Page : Once finished adding your page, select “Save Page”.

8. To View/Edit a Page: Select any Page of your choice from your Navigation Menu & Pages list page. On the "Edit Page/ Menu Item" page you can edit your Page by:

  • Changing your Pages type
  • Changing your Pages “Menu Text”
  • Once finished adding your page, select “Save Page”.


9. To Manage your Page: You can mark your Page for Deletion by selecting the "Delete" icon. "Delete" Icon display depends on Brokerage settings and user level


10. Ordering Your Pages: You can re-order your domains menu by changing the order of the page on the “Navigation Menu & Pages” list page:

  • Select the “Up” arrow to move the ordering of your intended page up, and thus Higher in place.
  • Select the “Down” arrow to move the ordering of your intended page down, and thus lower in place.
  • Select the “Top” Arrow to move the ordering of your intended page to the very first in the menu,
